AccessSince 1979, the employees of Lehigh Capital Access
have provided municipal
lease financing services throughout the United States, Indian
Nations on both a taxable and tax free basis. Lehigh provides
documentation that fits state, federal and local requirements. In some instances Lehigh,
will service the account for the life of the lease or establish trustee services where
required.
The account representatives of Lehigh
have been providing financing to municipalities since 1979 and
were one
of the first to introduce municipal leasing to Pennsylvania State institutions and
school districts. Lehigh is a member of the Association of Governmental Leasing and
Finance and the Lehigh County Chamber of Commerce. On many occasions, Mr. Kalb has
participated as a speaker in the bi-annual national conventions for the Association of
Governmental Leasing and Finance. His speeches have included Operating a Small Ticket
Leasing Company, Working out Solutions for Problem Leases, Financing Indian Nations and
Management of a Leasing Company. He has written numerous articles on municipal leasing for
many trade journals. Most recently he was invited to speak in Washington, D.C. with
Amembal, Deane & Associates in conjunction with Doyle & Bachman at their seminar
regarding Leasing To The Federal Government.
Since 1979, the
account representatives of Lehigh Capital Access
have completed over 4500 leases in forty- two states, and twenty-eight Indian Nations.
Since 1988 the account representatives of Lehigh have provided
in excess of 225 million to Native American communities.
Lehigh offers leases with terms ranging from two to
fifteen years and payment schedules to fit most municipal budget requirements. Payment
terms can be monthly, quarterly, semi annual, annual and may include skip payments for as
long as two years. Capitalized interest can be provided for special budget requirements.
Leases are available for general municipal applications such as school districts, state
and local government, as well as special districts, volunteer fire departments and Indian
Nations.
